At Faith Works Ministry, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. This Refunds and Returns Policy outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes for returning products and requesting refunds purchased from our website, withfaithcomesworks.org. All products are fulfilled by Printful, our third-party fulfillment partner, and specific terms related to their fulfillment processes are included below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Timeframe:
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  2. Condition of Product:
    • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Sale or clearance items unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
  4. Printful Guidelines:
    • Because our products are fulfilled by Printful, returns related to misprints, defective items, or incorrect shipments will be handled in accordance with Printful’s policies. See Section 6 for more details.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support:
    • Email us at jimmy@brennanproductions.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Order Number].”
    • Include the following information in your email:
      • Full name
      • Order number
      • Reason for the return
      • Photos of the product, if the return is due to damage or defect.
  2. Return Authorization:
    • Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
  3. Shipping the Item Back:
    • For eligible returns, we will provide the address where the product should be shipped. This may be a Printful facility, depending on the nature of the return.
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
    • Include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  1. Customer Responsibility:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  2. Shipping Label:
    • If the return is due to a misprint, defective product, or incorrect shipment, Printful may provide a prepaid return shipping label.

4. Refund Process

  1. Inspection:
    • Once we or Printful receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  2. Approval or Rejection:
    • If the return is approved, we will process your refund. If rejected, we will notify you with an explanation.
  3. Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  4. Processing Time:
    • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received. The timing of the refund may also depend on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

  1. Eligibility:
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability and Printful’s policies.
  2. Process:
    • If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same process as initiating a return and indicate the desired replacement product.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at jimmy@brennanproductions.com with photos of the product and a description of the issue.
  2. We will coordinate with Printful to resolve the issue. Options include:
    • Sending a replacement product at no additional cost.
    • Issuing a full refund.

7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

  1. Lost Packages:
    • If your package is lost during shipping, contact us to initiate an investigation. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the carrier confirms the loss.
  2. Incorrect Address Provided by Customer:
    • If a package is returned to Printful due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
